Since the complete renovation of the airport about 18 months ago, the overall ambiance is now modern, colorful and welcoming, and the services offered to passengers have also been stepped up.
What could be better, after a long-haul flight in economy or premium class, than to avoid waiting in line at international arrivals? Let yourself be guided by an Airport Hostess who will facilitate your priority passage through Immigration, indicate the last Duty Free shop located by the baggage claim area (spirits, tobacco, perfume, sweets), and, after your priority passage through Customs, will take you to our agency’s reception post where you will be welcomed by our teams.
A lot of baggage? A paid Porter service is also available.
For International Departures, boutiques, snack-bar, mobile device charging stations and a smokers’ area are available in the customs area. The Business Lounge opens 2 hours prior to each international departure (except with French Bee and LAN airlines). Accessible to the premium passengers of all airline companies (except Hawaiian, French Bee and LAN airlines), as well as to any passenger who has pre-booked this service, it will ensure your comfort until departure in a relaxing atmosphere with Wi-Fi access, aperitif buffet, magazines, self-service computers, etc. Its showers are a blessing for passengers returning from the islands on the same day! (towels and toiletries are provided)
